French Plum Pie With Crumb Topping Recipe


INGREDIENTS

1 unbaked pie shell, 9-inch
***Filling***
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons flour
4 cups plums -- peeled pitted & sliced
***Topping***
6 tablespoons butter or oleo
6 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, and flour together. Toss with plums. Turn plums into unbaked pie shell. Blend butter, brown sugar, and flour together and sprinkle over plums. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
